By accessing or using Imagine WOW (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

Imagine WOW is an AI-powered creative platform that enables users to generate, edit, organise, and export visual artwork, comic panels, and creative assets. The Platform offers multiple tiers (Free, Starter, Creator, and Pro) with varying access to tools and credits.

You must create an account to use paid features. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account, and agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Account deletion: You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time from My Account → Delete Account & Data. Deletion is irreversible and removes your creative content, projects, credits, and support history.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Managing your subscription: From My Account you can open the Stripe Billing Portal to update your payment method, view invoices, switch plans, or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Restore purchases: If you reinstall the app or switch devices, the Billing Portal lets you restore access to an existing subscription linked to your email.

Price changes: We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may include applicable taxes.

We offer a 7-day refund on first-time paid subscriptions if you are unsatisfied. To request a refund, contact us via the in-app Support page within 7 days of your initial charge. Refunds are not available for renewals, partial billing periods, or accounts found to have violated these Terms.

You agree not to use the Platform to generate, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Prohibited uses include content depicting minors in a sexual context, content promoting violence or hate, content designed to deceive or defraud, and any use violating applicable law.

We may remove violating content and terminate repeat offenders without refund.

Content you create remains your intellectual property, subject to the limitations below. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display content you submit to public community galleries within the Platform.

AI-generated outputs may produce similar results for different users; we do not guarantee uniqueness. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may modify these Terms at any time and will notify registered users of significant changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. EU/UK consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract remain unaffected.
